Chef Patron Taylor Bonnyman and his team are excited to welcome 2* Chef Paul Liebrandt to The Five Fields for a 2-night series of collaboration dinners on the 8th and 9th of December.
Taylor worked for Paul in New York at his 2* Tribeca restaurant, Corton, some 12 years ago, shortly before opening The Five Fields and is pleased to now welcome him to his own kitchen for this limited event.
Very much the Englishman in New York, Liebrandt rose to fame as the youngest chef in history to receive a 3-star rating from the New York Times for his cooking at Atlas before opening his own restaurant, Corton, where he was awarded 2 stars from The Michelin Guide and overwhelming critical acclaim. His rise and career from Atlas to Corton was famously documented over more than a decade in the widely acclaimed film A Matter of Taste: Serving Up Paul Liebrandt.
These collaboration dinners will see eight alternating courses between Taylor and Paul along with canapes, petit fours and breads all served with the usual aplomb by The Five Fields dining room team. Menus for these two dinners are £325 per person.
For this very special occasion our Sommelier team have created an equally exceptional wine program for the evening.
In addition to our usual Prestige Wine Pairing, priced at £200, we will also be offering an Iconic Wine Pairing priced at £400 which guests are encouraged to order in advance to avoid disappointment.
Reservations can be made directly on The Five Fields website: www.fivefieldsrestaurant.com/reservations
