Refuel is the British restaurant and bar within the Soho Hotel. Enjoy classics like Côte de boeuf alongside more modern, seasonal dishes such as Burrata with roasted peaches, borlotti beans and chilli, before diving into the cheese trolley. The bartenders take inspiration from the hotel’s former life as a car park. Each of their ‘Soho Original’ cocktails is named after one of the motors you see in the colourful mural behind the bar, a bespoke design by British painter Alexander Holweg.
